Kevin Demeny
With more than two decades of experience in custom home building and land development, Kevin brings both vision and structure to White Hart Building Company. As a Lincolnton City Councilman and longtime industry professional, he has a deep understanding of how communities and craftsmanship intersect. Often described as the “brains behind the operation,” he oversees financial planning, daily operations, and helps guide every project from concept to completion.
Beyond the business, Kevin is a devoted family man, Christian, and lifelong sports fan — cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and Carolina Hurricanes whenever he can. He enjoys playing golf any chance he gets and spending time with his wife (and team member) Annette, his incredible children and grandchildren.
Annette Demeny
With over a decade of experience in the home building industry, Annette plays a pivotal role in keeping White Hart Building Company grounded in its roots. As our Client Experience Manager and Home Design Specialist, she oversees every aspect of home design—from selecting fixtures and finishes to choosing paint colors—ensuring each project reflects both quality and personalized style.
Annette brings warmth, professionalism, and integrity to every interaction, lighting up any room she enters with her presence and dedication. She is deeply passionate about creating homes that are not only beautiful but functional and welcoming for the families who live in them.
Outside of her work, Annette is a devoted Christian and an avid gardener, cultivating organic crops and herbs. She is also deeply committed to health and wellness, both in her lifestyle and in the spaces she designs. An educator at heart, she values learning and sharing knowledge about creating healthy, balanced living environments.
Above all, Annette treasures spending quality time with her husband Kevin, their children and grandchildren—and her devotion to them is at the core of everything she does. She is truly the heart and soul of White Hart Building Company.

Sam Lawing
Drawing on extensive experience in custom home construction and project management, Sam brings a modern, hands-on approach to every White Hart build. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs — many within the construction industry — he was naturally drawn to homebuilding and the process of creating something lasting from the ground up.
From working directly in the field and learning the trades firsthand to managing luxury, multimillion-dollar homes, Sam has developed a deep appreciation for both the craft and the coordination behind every project. As General Manager, he oversees daily construction operations, manages client relationships, and helps drive the company’s vision forward.
Outside of work, Sam is a devoted Christian and newly engaged. He loves spending time with his fiancé and their golden retriever, Izzy. He’s an avid sports fan — supporting England’s Tottenham Hotspur, following football, and finding time on the golf course — and values time with family above all else.
